With each year that comes and goes, so do the rides. Each year brings all new rides and it doesn't take much time at all before you see that completely stock ride on the show field all enhanced, sitting lower or higher, and looking more insane then you can possibly imagine!

It is amazing to see a builder install newer front clips or my personal favorite, taking an older truck or car and brining it back to life with more moderan enhancements! So, now here we are in 2008 and already I bet a lot of builders are shopping around and thinking about 2009 so they can win some awards and along with spots on various popular magazine covers.

So, what's stopping you from building the a slick custom ride? Money issues, no time, girlfriend/wife upset with a new car/truck, or no space to put it? Are any of those situations your "New Year's Resolution" that your trying to avoid? Well, if that is the case... then the only cure for the frustration is to build a ride of course! Make it your New Year's Resolution to build something that even the magazine editors want to put in front of their camera! So, go do it!
